Emotional Turmoil: The Sadness Of Love Lost

Posted on 10th March 2010 in Find True Love

Relationship breakdown is a very emotive subject. The internet has many sites that address the subject. Countless articles have been written on the subject matter. Much of the content is based around the sadness a person can feel when a relationship fails. The quotes of some people about the s

adness they feel after losing love are heart rendering. For many of us it is an earth shaking experience. Our worlds fall apart when the person we had built our future dreams and aspirations on suddenly departs . It is then a case of what was pure pleasure turns into absolute pain that is unbearable.

A question that comes to mind is why does a love lost cause so much sadness? Memories of how things used to be and remembrance of the things you used to do together can cause you to prolong the healing process. The more you think about these things the more you can remain trapped in a world of sadness over the relationship lost. The sadness inevitably refuses to go away as you hold onto a relationship that has died.

If you consider for a moment the person who brought about the relationship breakdown, they are often oblivious to the depth of despondency you may be feeling. Frequently they do not even care about the feelings of sadness you are encountering. This should be sufficient enough reason for you to move on with your life. Your life should not be suspended because you are hurt by another person’s departure from your life.

Today make a decision to stop thinking about what used to be. Put an end to beating yourself up emotionally. Give up putting our life on hold. Stop thinking about what used to be. Move on with your life and thank God for the deliverance from a person who could have caused you countless years of sorrow!

Enjoy your deliverance from a bad relationship and be happy.
